This is one class that’s okay to repeat and hear all about Jamie’s award-winning beers!

Classes are held the third Sunday of every month at 3:00pm. Reservations are required. Brewmaster Jamie Fulton will share the intricacies of brewing beer---not just any beer, but the very best.

For $15 per person, you’ll get a six ounce sample of each of The Covey’s world-class brews, tour our state-of-the-art brewery, participate in a question and answer session, and enjoy a most delicious cheese and sausage platter. Blueberry Molasses Mixed Greens Salad
paired with Texas Wheat

Crisp field greens tossed in a blueberry molasses dressing
topped with Fiji apples, sun dried blueberries,
toasted walnuts and gorgonzola

Tarragon Braised Rabbit En Croute
paired with Vienna Lager

Puff pastry stuffed with braised rabbit and Parmesan Reggiano, glazed with a tarragon balsamic reduction
