The Covey is a unique combination of styles that fit your mood and dining desires. It's a Restaurant and Brewery, offering the finest of each. One side is a comfortable brew pub with a full bar featuring a selection of fresh beers made right on the premises. The other side is a classic restaurant serving creative cuisine, fine wines and of course, great beers.

The Covey was created not to be a normal brew pub, but an establishment offering hand-crafted food as well as hand-crafted beers. Brewmaster Jamie Fulton wanted the Covey to be a place where everyone could feel comfortable, but the food and drink would be extraordinary.
